我的妈妈很爱我,从小对我无微不至的照顾使我感到很幸福,今天我在表达我对妈妈的感激之情。

记得有一次妈妈骑着电瓶车来接我放学,骑到半路,天上就下起了雨。车了只带了一件雨衣,于是妈妈就把雨衣披在我身上,她自己冒雨骑车送我回到了家里。到了家,妈妈的全身都湿了,后来就感冒了。但妈取却说:“不要紧的,只要你没事就好了。”

还有一次,我写完作业,已经很晚了,就洗洗睡了,一觉睡醒,看到妈妈还灯下仔细地检查我的作业。我觉得做妈妈可真是辛苦啊,我一定要好妈做作业,不让你操心。

到了晚上,天黑了下来,调皮的星星在天上忽隐忽现。我们乘着小船,来到红树林边,树林里静悄悄的。当小船一转弯,我们忽然发现眼前的树上发出点点亮光,清澈的湖面上也变得一闪一闪的。那点点亮光就是萤火虫吗?船上的人们都兴奋极了,但都不敢出声,生怕吓跑萤火虫。我也不由地屏住呼吸静静地看着,只见一只只萤火虫星星点点地把整棵树都照亮了,简直就像一棵棵平安夜里的圣诞树。

我们先把蛋,低筋面粉,牛奶,糖,酵母粉,水等材料按食谱上的顺序一样一样地加到碗里。给它发酵一小时,再烤制。

期待已久的蛋糕烤好了,从烤箱外就能闻到蛋糕的香气。父亲不等计时器响,就直接把蛋糕拿出来。本来蓬蓬松松的海绵蛋糕一下再垮了下来。我们试吃了一下,蛋腥味太重,吃起来湿湿的,蛋糕垮下来不经让外表看起来怪怪的,还吃起来口感不怎么好。

于是我再重烤了一次,终于成功了。
